The forms needed are: EL-162, CF-1 Local, and EL-169 (3 pages) and can be downloaded at the following locations from elections.wi.gov:
Non-Candidacy papers are due by December 26, 2026
Candidacy papers for 2027 offices must be in the Clerk's office by January 6, 2027 by 5:00pm
Date of Spring Election: April 7, 2027
